Pumpkin Eater Muffins
1 Spice Cake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
2/3 cup water
2 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips
Mix cake mix, pumpkin, water and egg. Beat two minutes at medium. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 24 cupcakes (for cake baking times see the mix box). Great with or without cream cheese icing on top!
They are so easy and work great as muffins, a layer, bundt or sheet cake. Every time I make this recipe people ask for it, so I thought I'd share!

do you have a spice cake brand you recommend?
I think I usually buy Duncan Hines because that's the only brand our smallish HT carries
